Common questions

Notifications aren't firing.
Open Settings inside Neap and check the Notifications toggle. If it's off, flip it on. If iOS shows a "Notifications Disabled" alert, tap "Open Settings" and enable notifications for Neap in the system settings.
My sessions aren't syncing across devices.
Neap uses iCloud. Make sure both devices are signed in to the same Apple ID and have iCloud Drive enabled in Settings β†’ [your name] β†’ iCloud. Sync can take a few minutes after the first install.
How do I change the theme?
Settings β†’ Appearance. Pick System, Light, or Dark. The theme is stored on the device, not synced β€” most people prefer their phone and iPad to match each device's mode.
How do I change the app language?
Settings β†’ Language opens iOS's per-app language picker. Pick from the 15 supported languages. The app restarts to apply.
How do I delete all my data?
Sign out of iCloud or delete the app β€” Neap stores everything in your own iCloud and on-device. Nothing leaves your devices.
