These Terms govern your use of the Sajdah mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

The Service is provided by Burak Akyalçın operating as Pebble Works Co. (“we”, “us”, “our”).

3. The Service

Sajdah is a faith-based utility and habit-support app that may include prayer times, local reminders, qibla direction tools, prayer logging, streaks, and statistics/insights.

4. Accounts & Data

Your use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy: Privacy Policy.

5. Analytics

We use basic and anonymous analytics to understand app usage and improve the Service. We do not use crash reporting tools as of the effective date above.

6. Subscriptions

Sajdah offers an optional Premium subscription with monthly and annual plans. Purchases are handled only through the Apple App Store.

For App Store purchases, Apple may provide a “standard” end user license agreement (EULA). Where applicable, Apple’s standard EULA will apply.

7. Notifications

Sajdah uses local notifications only (scheduled on your device). You can enable or disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings. Notification delivery can be affected by iOS settings such as Focus modes, Low Power mode, or notification permissions.

The Service may rely on Apple services (including iCloud/CloudKit, App Store billing, and iOS notification frameworks) and may reference external verified resources (online and books) for informational content.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability or changes.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pebble Works Co. and Burak Akyalçın will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the Service during the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required to do so by law.

If you cancel Premium, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period (subject to Apple’s rules).

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory local consumer laws apply.
